Be sure to help your student get organized by creating baskets for homework so that when it has been completed it will be easy to find. If they fill their backpacks as soon as they complete their assignments. Be sure to have a handy spot with a hook for that backpack near the door to eliminate wasted time searching for items needed the next day!
Keep colors neutral in study areas with green being a supportive color for academic learning, Too many different bright colors in a work area or bedroom can cause distraction. Use clear plastic bins or baskets to help reduce clutter. See my upcoming classes below!
