Feng Shui by Within Your Space

December’s new monthly Feng Shui energy arrived December 7 and runs through January 4, 2017.
Feng Shui has to do with seeking and having balance.  The Feng Shui yin and yang symbol below stands for balance with its contrasting black and white sides, and the backwards “S” curve down the middle stands for change.  The one thing we can always count on is change.  During the holiday season stress occurs when we get out of balance.  When stress occurs your health is compromised.  During the holiday season it’s easy to get out of balance, adding more things to your schedule without eliminating some of your normal tasks.  If you are constantly checking in with how you feel, you will be able to create more balance in your life by controlling your thoughts.  Choosing positive thoughts results in good health.

Do You Have Balance in Your Life?

Do You Have Balance in Your Life?

70,000 women were studied and the result of the test showed that the woman who were positive lived a happier, longer life.  Being happy is a choice and is based on what you choose to focus on.  Training your mind to stop thinking a negative thought and replacing it with a happier more positive thought takes practice.  Observe how you are feeling.  If you feel that you are becoming overwhelmed think of how to best relieve your stress.  Ask for help, let go of some of the things you feel you have to do, and decide if there is any task you could postpone or “let go” of.  If you work in an office building take your break outdoors, if possible, around nature.   If you are unable to go outdoors, you may want to use a mediation CD to help you focus on more positive thoughts.

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.  Thoughts are things!  And powerful things at that, when mixed with definiteness of purpose, and burning desire, can be translated into riches.” Napoleon Hill

The Feng Shui “separation” 2017 yearly energy in the heart of all buildings has contributed to our nation’s divisions and that energy continues through December 2016 and January 2017, becoming the strongest month for the whole year of separation being in January, before the shift of yearly energy occurs in February of 2017!   Like many of my clients I was surprised to hear the results of the election, although I know this is the 20 year cycle for the young male, so I did not see how any woman could have achieved the Office of U.S. President during  the 2004-2023 cycle.  I wonder what may occur with a change in leaders in order for a young male to take office during this 20 year cycle?   Look around the world and see how many young males now hold leadership positions in their company or country.

I understand that according to the way energy flows, when we become extremely out of balance, we become more aware of what is really important in our lives.   I believe that as a nation this extreme change in our leaders is bringing attention to who we are as people and as a nation and helping us to open our hearts and realize what is important to us.

I believe that everything is evolving perfectly in order for America to achieve balance.  It is only when things become extremely out of balance that we seek change.  Sometimes that change swings too far in the opposite direction creating a bigger contrast than we desire.  With that contrast comes a focus and strong desire for what we prefer.   Positive thoughts create change and find new solutions.   Remember the quote from Napoleon Hill as we go forward to create a new nation that is united in greater understanding, appreciation and compassion.
