- Compass reading at your location with outdoor analysis and suggestions.
- Drafted floor plan to scale with energy grid provided for you by my husband.
- Handwritten report by me the day of consult with remedies for each month for 9 quadrants of your building for each floor in advance of your final report
- Typed report emailed and hard copy delivered to you with the following:
Page 1: Describes nine quadrants listing energy descriptions of the energies captured when built, and the energies describing the yearly and monthly visiting energies.

Option # 2 Flat Fee Quote
This Example is based on the same 2400 sq. ft home or business) as outlined above in Option #1.
Special SAVINGS on Option #2 NOW through May 31, 2024 = $100 gift.
- Flat Fee Price is $575 for all buildings. Less $100 (thru May 31st) = $475. Plus 10 cents a sq. ft for drafted floor plan to scale with energy grid for remedy placement created for you by my husband at consult.
$475. Plus drafted plan $240. = $715. - This is a full report as listed above with remedies for the permanent energy, yearly and monthly energies for a 3 month period.
- At the end of the 3rd months, you will be able to purchase another 3 month report for remedies which includes a one hour phone Zoom call with me to discuss your results so far, remedy questions, and the new potential energies arriving for predictions and reading for the next 3 months.
Second 3 month consult = $333 with an additional 10% savings if booked and paid for at the time of the first consultation = $299. (That gives you 6 months of remedies for $1014 which includes another hour Zoom call to review remedies and answer questions you may have for the next 3 month period. - At the time of the second session the 3rd 3 month review can be booked which includes one Zoom call at the beginning of the 3 month period for $333. A 10% savings will be applied to your third session if you book and pay.
- Third 3rd month energy report also receives a 10% Savings if paid in advance during the second Zoom Call = $299. ( *Reg. $333).
Depending on how many months are left in the year before the energy changes your 3-month fee will be adjusted accordingly. When the new energy arrives on February 5 of the next year, you will receive a new report for 3 months that includes the permanent energy, new yearly visiting energy, and the monthly energies for that new year. All ten pages and summary documents will be provided in a typed PDF form during each of the 3-month periods.
